About Us

At the core of Xynergies
Jurg Bonnofsky
Managing Partner

Jurg Bonnofsky is both an active consultant and Managing Partner at Xynergies, LLC. Jurg leverages his broad project and industry experience to develop creative solutions to complex problems. He has led initiatives and projects both large and small, in start-ups to large corporations, and across a diverse set of industries and competencies. He has over twenty years of consulting experience and over 28 years of professional experience.

As a founder and Managing Partner, Jurg drives the vision and direction of Xynergies, and manages operations and accounts. Jurg holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University. Additionally, he carries a Professional Engineers license and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Jurg was born in Switzerland and immigrated to the US with his family when he was a youngster. He has lived in Seattle region since. He is truly a ‘team player’ at heart, having taught skiing and is currently a soccer coach for his sons' teams while playing still playing competitive men's soccer.

Becky Watson
Managing Partner

Becky is a Managing Partner at Xynergies LLC and actively consults with clients. Becky brings over 17 years of Program & Project Management consulting experience, leading technical project teams to achieve top results at various high tech and communications companies while working for Accenture, Slalom Consulting, self-started Moxee Consulting and now Xynergies, LLC. Becky has been consistently rated as a top Sr. Consultant, getting year-over-year ratings of Excellent & Exceeds Expectations. Becky is known for her strategic vision, high performing execution and delivery, and ability to build relationships and create an environment where her teammates enjoy coming to work each day.

Becky helps drive the vision and direction of Xynergies, as well as manages Operations and Talent Acquisition. Becky graduated with honors from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Kevin Fahsholtz
Director

Kevin is a Director at Xynergies LLC and actively consults with clients. Kevin brings over 20 years of Marketing, Product & Project Management experience, leading cross functional teams at the business unit level. He has worked at industry-leading medical hardware and software companies, with recent experience at Microsoft in the Azure field support (Dx) group and creating the US market launch plan for a leading South American software company focused on social listening. Kevin has been consistently rated as a top manager, and was rewarded by nomination to and completion of Premier’s High-Potential Development (PhD) program. Kevin is known for creating innovative product strategy, team leadership, execution, and ability to build award winning teams.

Kevin has an undergraduate degree in International Business and Asian Studies from the University of Puget Sound, and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he lived for several years in Asia and has travelled to over 25 countries. Kevin enjoys public speaking and writing. Living in the Seattle area allows Kevin and his family to pursue many outdoor activities including sailing, skiing and hiking.
